Ordering with Pricely
These policies describe the planned cash-on-delivery experience. Final return timing must be approved before public launch.
Cash on delivery
Pricely does not collect card or wallet payments. The complete total shown at checkout, including each supplier’s delivery fee, is payable in cash when the order is delivered.
Confirmation and delivery
After checkout, an order initially waits for confirmation. Pricely may contact the customer by phone or WhatsApp to verify the order and address before sending it to the supplier. Products from different shops become separate supplier orders and can arrive separately.
Cancellation
The private Manage Order link can cancel an order while it is awaiting confirmation or remains eligible for online cancellation. Once fulfillment begins, cancellation might no longer be possible.
Returns and damaged items
The final return window, eligibility rules and failed-delivery responsibilities are awaiting supplier approval. These details must be published here before public checkout is enabled. Customers should keep the delivered product, packaging and invoice while a support request is reviewed.
Privacy
Pricely collects and stores the contact, address and order information needed to confirm, fulfill and support orders, prevent duplicate submissions and recognize customer history for loyalty benefits such as future free delivery. Sensitive contact data is encrypted in storage, while a keyed phone fingerprint links repeat orders without making the phone number searchable in plain text. Customers can ask support to access, correct or delete an eligible profile. Information is shared only with the applicable supplier and service providers needed to process the order. A final retention and deletion period must be approved before launch. Optional Google Analytics and Meta Pixel tracking is loaded only after a visitor chooses it. Analytics measures page views and shopping steps; Meta measures advertising activity. Pricely does not send customer names, phone numbers, addresses, or product customization details to these services. Visitors can change their choice using Privacy settings in the footer.
